• Post-Migration Instructions:

     

    Once the migration is complete, the employee email link on our website will be updated and functional so you will be able to check your emails there if you are having any issues connecting with your email client/app.

     

    To access your email via an email client/app, you will need to configure your email client to connect to the new Google email account. You have three options; if you are using Outlook (desktop and/or phone app), you can continue to use it. If you prefer to use the Gmail app or native phone app, you can use those as well.

     

    Below are instructions for the three options available:

     

        Outlook:

            Open Outlook and go to "File" > "Add Account."

            Enter your full email address and click "Connect."

            Select "Google" as the account type.

            Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account and grant the necessary permissions.

            Your email should now be configured and ready to use.

     

        Gmail App:

            Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.

            Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and go to "Settings."

            Tap "Add account" and select "Google."

            Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.

            Once signed in, your email will be available in the Gmail app.

     

        Native Phone App (iOS/Android):

            Open the native email app on your phone.

            Go to the account settings and select "Add Account."

            Choose "Google" from the list of account types.

            Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.

            Your email will now be accessible through the native email app.
