P.E. completed their most successful soccer tournament to date this past week with some high-flying action.  In 3rd Grade:  the Red Raiders captured 3rd place (Jill, Nick, Devon, Jo Annna, & Carlos); the Cowboys came in 2nd place (Binks, Aspen, Presley, Zenida, & Danny); and the Championship went to the Longhorns (Gabby, Jule, Preston, Daymon, & Victoria). The 4th Grade's numbers were small, but very competitive.  3rd place went to:  the Blue Angels (Sam & Kaity); 2nd place was the Sharks (Josh, Pat, & Dalton); and the Whales were the undisputed Champs (Emily, Rolland, & Ethan). The 5th Grade made their most impressive competition of the year.  3rd place went to the team of (Hailey, Madelyn, Nikki, Ozzie, Jose, & Gilbert); and in double overtime and in a valiant effort, (Nathaniel, Aaron-Smiley, Summer, Connie, & Breanna) took the silver while (Ivan, Justin, Tony, Tiffany, and Amber) went for the gold.  Way to go Kickin' Panthers!
 		  

 The PE classes wrapped up their volleyball unit with a skillful volleyball tournament.  In 3rd Grade action: Preston, Jule & Josh captured 3rd place; Gabby, Damon, & Tristan won the silver; and Zenaida, Wesly, & Vicky went for the gold.  4th Grade winners were: Derringer, Dalton, & Lane in 2nd place; and in the decisive winner's circle were Ethan, Roland, & Kaity.  Moving up to the 5th grade for champions were:  3rd place were Ivan, Gilbert, & Bailey; 2nd place went to Breanna, Connie, & Madalyn; and the Champs were Preston, Cres, & Tony.  Sportsmanship awards went to Josh and Hailey.
